After 30 years at Care Concern, I have taken the decision to retire. Looking back over that time, I am immensely proud of everything we achieved at Care Concern providing dignified home care to clients across west London and employing excellent local staff. Following my decision to retire, I wanted to make sure that the legacy of Care Concern would continue.

From 3rd June 2024, Care Concern’s operations have been taken over by husband and wife team, Emma King and Lee Smith under Kingsmith Care who are based in Hammersmith & Fulham. Family-run, with the same values for high quality, client-led care Emma and Lee are, without doubt, the right people to continue the work of Care Concern.

In taking on our client base and our employees, Emma and Lee have widened the geographic area of their home care service and welcome client and staff enquiries from across west London.
